  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not extensively used premium features (reasonable usage threshold)
  • There was a technical issue preventing access to paid features
  • You were accidentally charged or charged multiple times

Non-Refundable Cases

We typically do not provide refunds if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
  • You have extensively used premium content and features
  • You simply changed your mind after significant usage
  • The request is due to exam date changes or personal schedule conflicts
  • You violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  3. Explain the reason for your refund request

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
  • You will lose access to premium features upon refund approval

Subscription Cancellations

To cancel your subscription:

  • Cancellation requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours
  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days in the current period
