Refund Eligibility

- You have not extensively used premium features (reasonable usage threshold)
- There was a technical issue preventing access to paid features
- You were accidentally charged or charged multiple times
Non-Refundable Cases
We typically do not provide refunds if:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
- You have extensively used premium content and features
- You simply changed your mind after significant usage
- The request is due to exam date changes or personal schedule conflicts
- You violated our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
- You will lose access to premium features upon refund approval
Subscription Cancellations
To cancel your subscription:

- Cancellation requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days in the current period
